Prices Defy Gravity Amid Higher Interest Rates

Hi, this week we examine the New Launch (BUC) Market-Wide PSF (Non-Landed).

Between Aug 2021 to Aug 2022:
a. Average PSF grew 35.4% YoY ($1,845 PSF to $2,498 PSF);
b. Volumes are down 65.5% YoY (1,141 transactions to 416 transactions).

Between July 2022 to Aug 2022:
a. Average PSF grew 10.5% MoM ($2,261 PSF to $2,498 PSF);
b. Volumes are down 51.1% MoM (851 transactions to 416 transactions).

In Aug 2022, the 3 new launch projects with the most transactions were Hyll On Holland (40), Riviere (26) and Perfect Ten (23). Details of all 66 transacted new projects by volume are included in the PDF below.
