Volumes Go Away

Hi, this week we examine the New Launch (BUC) Market-Wide PSF (Non-Landed).

Between July 2021 to July 2022:
a. Average PSF grew 23.4% YoY ($1,835 PSF to $2,265 PSF);
b. Volumes are down 43.6% YoY (1,512 transactions to 853 transactions).

Between June 2022 to July 2022:
a. Average PSF fell 4.5% MoM ($2,371 PSF to $2,265 PSF);
b. Volumes are up 72.7% MoM (494 transactions to 853 transactions).

In July 2022, the 3 new launch projects with the most transactions were AMO Residence (366), Riviere (28) and Hyll On Holland (28). Details of all 78 transacted new projects by volume are included in the PDF below.
