Skystone Asset Management (SAM) is a Capital Markets Services Licensee, regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). SAM manages investment funds on behalf of qualified investors under an umbrella Variable Capital Company (VCC). 

SAM offers mortgage refinancing for Singapore based property. Refinancing your mortgage loan involves replacing your existing loan with a new one from a different lender. This can be done for a variety of reasons, such as to get a lower interest rate, to shorten or lengthen your loan term depending on your goals, or to cash out some of your equity to use for other purposes, such as home renovations or to invest.

We also offer property development financing options including bridging loans, mezzanine financing, addition and alterations reconstruction financing, and ground-up construction financing. We facilitate private investor clubs’ formalization and legitimization into real estate investment trusts (REITs) structures.
